I bought 2x Roam 2 years ago. They sound Greta whe set up but are a complete pita when you take them on hols or elsewhere away from your own wifi. Factory reset and set up again. Most frustrating

This would be a lot better if you actually positioned the speakers where you would put them in a surround setup than just talking about it!

Over the last week I'm finding all my Sonos speakers are going on mute every night. On the Sonos forum it seems this is a common issue since about last Tuesday - Sonos posted one reply a week ago saying they are looking into it, then nothing since, and a lot of comments say they have contacted Sonos support about it and basically been brushed off. Curious as to who else it might be affecting? Things seem to be 2 steps forward, one step back with Sonos at the moment - and customer support seems to have gone out the window entirely.

Whilst on great reviews Peter I always take good advice of what you have to review.....keep on at sonos as us mear customers don't seem to make much difference to what they say or do

Another broken app update to there app overnight 24/25th June...... System app on IPhones,iPads,android phones now saying fulls system is unable to load content....sonos support has been made aware of this recent update......as before I won't be investing any more hard earned money with sonos products....I'm waiting now on the new apples air max rather than go with the sonos ones.😮

It's a proper dumpster fire, but it doesn't matter as they've got a nice shiny set of bluetooth headphones for sale 🙄🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Honestly on the weekend the music started skipping then i couldn't stop playback without pulling the power! Wtf!! Sonos have NEVER been good at the software side of things but with this latest episode they've shown next level contempt for their customers. Not a brand I'll ever recommend again after this.

So many problems recently with firmware and new app. There are pages of people having issues streaming atmos which just did not work. Also lossless through Apple Music also was broken. After two weeks of support calls, resets, factory resets with everyone still having issues atmos miraculously just started working. Probably because Sonos fixed something. I love Sonos. But their software development and support sucks

@PeterPee do you think the White will be easy to keep looking clean? Wearing them outside for yardwork, or sweating them up at the gym, I would think they would look pretty bad quickly. Your thoughts on this, or just best to go with black?

If the CEO is describing as "courageous" the app developers decision to screw up the app, then it's clear Sonos are taking their customers for granted and have absolutely no intention of doing better. My Sonos pair are now virtually unusable and it's no longer an app for music lovers as you can't quick link albums/artists from songs or manage queues. It's a service, not a charity!

Hello Peter, I am having 19 (nineteen) sonos Amps on my network but the new sonos App is detecting only 1 (one) of the Amps. And I cannot find where to add the Local Folder on the App.

You're doing great work, @PeterPee! I've a long-time Sonos user (over 7 years, anyhow). I have four (4) Play:5(Gen2), (1) Sub (Gen2), (2) Play:1, and a Boost (!). I watched a bunch of *your* videos before choosing (2) Move2 to add to my collection for the front porch, where we also watch movies on a drop down screen. It's pretty sweet! I bought the Move2s based up opon this video of yours, and though I just unpacked them yesterday, I'm pretty happy with the Move2s on first use. But have an immediate question, and a more backgroundy one.... (A) First, If I pair my Move2 (for porch movie viewing) and then decide to take one with me elsewhere, I really can't unless I unpair it, right? Because if I do, the any music will be directed to *both*. So that means constant pairing/unpairing unless I decided just never to pair them or to take both with to the other side of the house (I'm disabled, so carrying two makes it a bit difficult!) What do you do? (B) Also, how do you differentiate the two Move2? I mean, I bought them both in the same color (green, which I really like!), and am wondering if I should have gotten one in a different color so that when I put them down for movie viewing, I make sure that I put the Left one on the Left and the Right one on the Right. Labeling them seems silly. Is this an oversight? What do you do? (C) Finally, have you done any experimentation with TruePlay for Move2s? Does it really matter if I trueplay them here if I use only one, or both, stereo pair or not? They will never be put in the same place for a movie (the whole idea is to get the speak close to the viewers so the sound doesn't together the whole neighborhood... it's on a porch!). Sonos now has an automatic TruePlay. Does that factor in? Oh, so many questions on this, and there I have no ability to do any real testing. Does it rise to your level of interest so you might?
